1. Who processes your data

The operator of Vehica and controller of your personal data is Repi marketing s.r.o., Orechová 199/36, 044 31 Družstevná pri Hornáde, Slovensko. Contact: viktor@repimarketing.com.

2. Data we process

Account: email address, account identifier and optional display name. If you choose Google sign-in, we use the information Google provides to authenticate you. Garage: information you enter about vehicles, such as make, model, year, registration plate, VIN, mileage, deadlines, notes and payment amounts. The service also processes the status and identifiers of any previously purchased subscriptions. We do not store payment card details.

Technical data includes device and browser information, platform, IP address and operational logs. Product analytics records screens visited, usage events and session duration; these may be associated with your account identifier when signed in. We use these records to understand usage and improve Vehica.

3. Feedback

The new feedback form requires neither email nor sign-in. We store the message, app version, platform and screen name without automatically linking the submission to your account. The message may still contain personal information if you type it; do not send passwords or sensitive information. Older submissions from the previous form may remain linked to an account. Administrators access feedback to fix and improve the app.

To limit bulk submissions, the server creates a regularly changing fingerprint from the IP address. It is not stored in the feedback message. Temporary counters expire within 20 minutes and are removed upon a subsequent submission. The hosting provider may retain separate operational logs under its own policies.

4. Purposes and service providers

We use data to operate accounts and garages, store records, provide reminders, maintain security, offer support, understand usage and manage any previous purchases. Current core features do not require a new subscription.

Supabase provides the database, authentication and server functions. Google is used if you choose Google sign-in. The iOS app also includes Google Firebase Analytics for technical information and app-usage events. Apple and Google provide system services and verification of previous purchases; Stripe may process previous web subscriptions. Netlify hosts these public pages. Providers process data under their respective policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Security and retention

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. We retain account and garage data for as long as necessary to provide the service, and other data for as long as needed for its purpose or legal obligations. Operational logs, backups and information retained by service providers are also subject to their policies. We do not claim that every provider stores all information exclusively in Slovakia.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, or object to processing. Where a particular processing activity relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority; in Slovakia this is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR. Send requests to viktor@repimarketing.com. We request only information needed to verify identity; do not send your password.

7. Account deletion and previous subscriptions

You can delete your account in the app using “Delete Account” and confirmation, or request deletion by email from the address associated with the account. Account deletion removes the associated garage data. New feedback submissions without an account link are not assigned to your account.

Deleting an account or making core features free does not automatically cancel an earlier subscription. Check and, if needed, cancel renewal with Apple, Google Play or the original web payment portal. Payment providers may retain records required by law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will inform you of significant changes through the app or by email.
